Funny - we're literally talking to our developer about that very issue right now! We're fixing for next update, but for now just hit toward the left of the purple play button and it should work.

Isaac Dominguez as long as you can get normal WAV or MP3 files from that website, you can import them into ShowOne and use them there. Assuming the songs are one fixed tempo, you can have the ShowOne click play in sync with the tracks. Try importing one into the free version of ShowOne and play around with it.

Hi - it depends on the size of your iOS device. Obviously you're not gonna get 50+ on a screen at a time, but with a big iPad you'll probably see 25 or more, and easily scroll through to jump around as needed.

Jeff Loven this would only work with iOS devices that still have the headphone jack (like this iPad Mini 4). Otherwise you’re right, there’s no place for the music to play from. If you have a newer device you’ll need to either get a Bluetooth Midi footswitch (like the Airturn BT200s) or connect to an audio interface that has a Midi connector to plug in things like the Logidy

Here's the latest instructions from Apple on using iTunes File Sharing. This will work with any apps that can have files imported (such as ShowOne). support.apple.com/en-us/HT201301

Legend 361 ShowOne’s internal metronome cannot currently work with tempo changes. If you have a track with temp changes, you can print your own click to one side of the audio file and set that as a “User Cue” track.

Vocalead Yes as a “User Cue” track. Simply create your backing tracks with your custom click track on one side of the audio file, and when importing into ShowOne set that side as your “User Cue”. Your custom click will nownplay through the Cue channel in ShowOne. You can use these tracks like any others in ShowOne (change tempo, pitch etc). Thanks!

ShowOne App thank you. What if I want my backing track in stereo? Can I play my custom audio click track through an output separated from my stereo backing track? I have an iPhone interface that supports up to 6 outputs.

matt palmer just set each track as a “User Cue” track when you import them. That will mute the ShowOne click for that track and send whatever side you set as User Cue as your Cue channel

Franky - click is always split off to one side (Cue Channel) even in free version. With 4-channel mode in Advanced section, you can have the click and voice counts go out outputs 3 and 4 while outputs 1 and 2 are only the stereo music track.

Hey (sorry for delay, didn't see this notification) - no you can't, that involves special licensing. You can import by putting the actual files into cloud services or importing through iTunes File Sharing (see our tutorial vids and FAQs)

Sebastian Yepez Martinez 1) yes 6/8 is a time signature you can specify when importing a track 2) currently time sig and tempo changes cannot be handled internally by ShowOne 3) yes you can use the scrub bar to navigate to a specific bar and play from there

Hey there, if you mean use another app like Amplitube on the same iOS device as ShowOne at the same time, I don't think that would work. We actually haven't tested that specifically, so you could grab the free version of ShowOne and see if it works. And yes you can use tracks without click - simply choose User Cue L or R for each track which will mute the click for that track and play it normal stereo out the output.

Louis Napoli it's a portrait mode app only. You can flip it 180 degrees though. Hope to have a landscape mode/iPad version someday soon.

Joshua Recinos at the moment songs have to be at one tempo throughout for the click to stay in sync. We're looking at solutions to tempo change tracks in future updates. In the mean time you could set the Click Mute to at least mute at the interlude so you don't hear it and try to work it from there.

Dave Batchelor thanks! The play-through feature is not meant to be gapless, but rather simply a way for the next song to play without having to press anything. We will be looking into some kind of "track linking" feature that will allow seamless playback at some point.

That would BE AWESOME. We have songs with tempo changes and with the current setup, we can't use this app for those songs. I was hoping to split the song into two different tempo sections but with this gap, it doesn't sound good. If you can find a way to incorporate tempo shifts within a song, this app would be PERFECT.

Mark Del Castillo yep that would be a workaround for simple tempo changes once we get the track-linking feature in there. We do hope to incorporate some manner of tempo change tracks this year...stay tuned...thanks for the support!
